Hi Caity!(waving) I just found your blog- and immediately clicked it into my Favourites- after reading your review of NL 6735 which I've borrowed from a friend....whew...
You have given me back faith in my brain. MY latest has had me totally rattled, but YOU do it too ( 'Could you put this on the fence (I mean table),please?' ) For a while there I thought I was going gaga.....And it never seems funny to ME... It seems awfully like oldtimers speak, but if others do it before they're so old, then I'm not there yet! Yessss!!!!

Yes - you are getting it! Eating well does not need to mean fattening or that you are being 'bad'. There is great joy in fresh seasonal fruit (better if someone cuts it for you!), creamy greek yogurt, quality cuts of meat... I could go on & on... fuel your body well!

Re tinned fruit and old fashioned puddings, I made a pineapple upside down pudding last weekend and it was very yummy. My only concession to the 21st century was that I added cardomon specks to the sponge to cut down the sweetness.
