Caity - I forgot to mention that it must be a real thrill being published on other people's blogs. Your zipper roses are amazing and reminded me of one of the Project Runway shows (I think it was the last Australian one but I'm not sure). The person used zippers in another unusual way - I think he put them between godets or something like that, but he used them like a braid and it was incredibly effective. I might try to find it but that would mean watching the entire program again. No maybe not. Belinda might recall. It was a great idea on your hat though.

Sorry - I meant Caity. I was looking at Sue's comments and off I went being vague as usual and wrote Sue. I think the bolero idea is a good one and will be very useful in the two different fabrics.

Hi Sue - Perhaps don't publish this comment as it's just an idea about your problem. It's an old Qld Granny's recipe really and it works with mouth ulcers (which I know is different entirely). I don't think it can hurt though and it may help. If I ever get a mouth ulcer I use bi-carb straight on it (and the next day it's gone) but you can make a mouth wash as strong as possible with the bi-carb (as much as can be dissolved into the water) and just gargle it every time you pass by. Basically, I believe, it balances out the PH in your mouth. It may make you feel a little better hopefully.

That bolero is so you. I can't wait to see it and what you wear it with. BTW, be sure to throw away your toothbrush or you will keep reinfecting yourself with the fungus.
