I got it mended without needing to go to mister professional-but-costly. Some of the Puter Geek stuff translates to Uberlockers, when it's just Small Moving Parts in Inaccessible Places. Of course the Law Of Help Desk means I can't look at it till after the owner has stopped being upset, so last night it was better to just be The Guy Who Rubs the Shoulders. I had a look at the poor wee machine today. I got it mended without needing to go to mister professional-but-costly.
