Dear Annie,
Yep - though we were both SO surprised, I have to say! Mr B is a big believer in giving praise where it's due - we've worked thankless faceless droid jobs ourselves.

Procedure was ok - I'm counting down the minutes to my next lot of painkillers, though!

Thanks, Tanya. As always the worst part is leaving the !*#)(*$ cannula in the crook of your arm until JUST before you're allowed to go home. I like it much better when they stick it in my hand...

But apart from that small whinge, I'm going ok. Very sore, but trying to do what the doctor ordered. Facet joint injections make the problems flare up again for a few days, but hopefully after that the pain settles down for a good long while....

Dear Caity and Mr B,

Sometimes, miracles do happen. It's nice to know that there are SOME good staff left at the organisation!

It's really good that you did the right thing in letting her supervisor know.

I hope the procedure goes well.

Take care of yourselves.

Love

Good luck with the medical procedure! Also, I'm glad the lady at the AuthorityWhichControlsYourLife was nice and genuinely helpful. There are a few good eggs out there, it seems.
