But I read through the instructions when I was at quilters today... it actually looks pretty cool! And I think that top is going to be super-flattering with anything. That front piece that looks pleated is actually a two layer version of the chenilling technique - oh yeah, this is gonna be FUN! Roo, I have to shrink into it a bit first, LOL! However the patterns I chose are much more sedate - but I am still baby-stepping with this clothes making. However I did buy a fabric that was more 'out there' for me. I have made a dress already - up to hemming it and bought more fabric yesterday for a top - I'm on a roll - we'll see how long before I run out of steam. I also looked at the pattern with the long asymetrical top for ages -I think it's great! It has attitude! Go girl – love those patterns – I also got sucked in by the ‘buy one get two free’.
